Remember, after your order is printed, it’s up to you to pick it up or arrange shipping with us. Please check your billing details and shipping address to avoid any hiccups! For shipping, we typically use Australia Post, and we take great care in packaging your print to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. You’ll receive a tracking number, and we’ll require a signature upon delivery. Shipping and arrival can take up to 10 working days, but local pickup is available too! Just a heads-up, if your order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply. Our payment terms are simple bank transfer or cash on pickup.
Currently, we offer fine art printing and shipping services exclusively within Australia, but we're thrilled to chat about international shipping, direct from the printer to your customer, wherever they may be. We appreciate your patience throughout the sales and print process, as we strive to make everything as smooth and efficient as possible while delivering the best print for you to cherish
We’ve tried third-party payment systems, but we want to prioritise benefits for you, our valued customer! For larger orders, we may request a 50% deposit before printing. Once your order is complete, we send you an invoice with all the details. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! We're here to help!
Privacy, Confidentiality, and Copyright Information:​ Personal customer data will never be shared or passed on to a third party. It is the same with images/pictures uploaded for printing. Once printed, they will be deleted from our computer and software. We have no interest in keeping our customers' data on our systems because it's not ours to keep on our storage devices. Unless there is a specific request from the rightful owner for the convenience of future reproductions of their images. Then, they will be stored on a secure device within Westcoast Pixel Hub fine art photographic printing services.
